Slowly getting fit again.

Once this next batch of exams are over on Monday, I can start back up with my yoga classes :)

I’ve been in a major funk.

What do you do to that makes you feel more fabulous?

I’m planning on getting involved with more volunteer work in my town, resubmerging myself into yoga, cleaning out my physical environment, and eating lighter, but I’m curious as to what works for you guys!

Any input would be much appreciated :)

Namaste.

What are your religious viewpoints? Specifically, what do you practice, if anything?

Honestly, I don’t embrace or agree with organized religion at all in my life (but certainly don’t judge those who do).
I am extremely spiritual and I don’t need any outside source telling me what set of beliefs I should hold or reject. I tend to gravitate toward Eastern philosophies/spirituality and am forever learning and expanding my spiritual outlook. I am particularly fond of the teachings of Siddhartha, early Buddhism (Bagda Gita, Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Path), Taoism (Tao De Jing), Gandhi, Hubbard, Abraham Hicks, etc.

I believe that we are eternal spirits (not bodies), I believe in energy that connects us all, I believe in and trust the universe, I believe in Karma, I believe that man is basically good, I don’t believe that we are the only life force in this universe.

I practice love, positivity, forgiveness, non-judgemental observation, law of attraction, responsibility, veg*nism, yoga, meditation, morality, mindfulness, simplicity and compassion.
